How do I make a free standing/bolted to ceiling chin up bar? - chin up strips
I wonder how a chin bar, free standing or bolted to the type of roof. I have to be difficult (of course). If I could a few links where I can find detailed instructions would be great.

Go to Home Depot or some other middle of the building - they sell galvanized pipes for water and gas in various thicknesses
You need;
2 x 90D Elbow
2 x Surface Mount Wild Cat
2 x short threaded pipe 9they can do with the business or have some already)
1 and the tube (bar)
Essentially riding - is U-shaped with wild cats mounting screw top - on your roof or beams and chin
